Separate permission(s) to set/edit the centre meeting day.
At present, a user is able to set or change the centre meeting day if they have the permissions to edit or create centres. Changing the CMD can lead to schedules being manipulated so that accounts which should be in arrears but are not. For example, if the centre meeting day is originally set as Wednesday, changing it to Friday will result in payment not being expected for a further two days.
Some organisations may wish for the ability to manage the CMD to therefore only be available to more senior members of staff, whilst still allowing other users to edit or create centres.
