When a user updates a client status in the UI they have the ability to add a comment. This is important for audit purposes, for example to note on the activity a reason why a client was blacklisted.
When changing a client status via API this is done with a patch. However this means it's not possible to add a comment to the action. It is possible to add a comment to the client but this is not directly associated with the status change. When using the Activities API the note is not found on the change status activity.
From an auditing and a usability point of view it would be convenient to add the comment directly to the change status activity.
