What: Functionality to define the number of days that an account can be in Overdraft before being considered in arrears, regardless of the Overdraft expiry date parameter. Eg. an account allowing ODs can only be 30 days with an OD balance before being considered in arrears.
Why: Organizations can offer Overdraft facilities with no expiration date or a blanket future exp date, while simultaneously allowing an account to be in overdraft for x days, being considered in arrears if not paid within those x days. This also leads the way to have arrears-related functionality like penalties, late interest, late fees etc.
